• Whatcott, Barrett & Hagen

Whatcott, Barrett & Hagen is a leading Utah consumer law firm dedicated to the protection of consumer rights.  Our attorneys with years of experience are committed to helping individuals get a fresh start under the bankruptcy laws of the United States.  We have been filing bankruptcies for consumer debtors in Utah for nearly 20 years.  We have filed thousands of bankruptcy cases, putting a stop to foreclosure sales, vehicle repossessions, wage garnishments, and general creditor harassment.  We have guided our clients through just about every kind of financial disaster you could imagine.  We know what you are going through, and we understand that even the best financial plans can be ruined by unexpected medical bills, divorce, or the loss of a job. We believe in giving a person the right to start over and put the financial plan back on course.  One of the biggest mistakes people make when their financial situation takes a turn for the worse is waiting too long to take action.  Contact us to set an appointment for a free consultation with an attorney to review your options.  It’s free and doesn’t obligate you to  do anything further.  Maybe your best option is to file a bankruptcy case, and maybe it isn’t.  We will provide you with solid advice based on our years of experience.  Our goal is to help you  find a real solution so you can move forward with your life.
